Mark Olsen, DPM, is very excited to be a part of the podiatry team at Arcadia Foot and Ankle, in South Scottsdale and Mesa, Arizona. He is committed to serving the community and understands the importance of educating patients on conditions, as well as specific treatment plans for his patients’ needs. He is dedicated to pursuing the latest medical and surgical procedures in order to give his patients the care and attention they deserve.
Dr. Olsen was born and raised in Orange County, California. He became interested in podiatric medicine at an early age from a close family friend. He started his studies in Southern California and finished up at Arizona State University. Dr. Olsen attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in the new state-of-the-art facility in Independence, Ohio.
After completing his studies in Ohio, he attended a three-year surgical residency program at the only residency program in Orange County California at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center. He was one of the first podiatrists in the country to receive accreditation in reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery upon residency completion.
Dr. Olsen currently spends his free time enjoying the Arizona sunshine and spending time with his family. He is married to Stacey and they are proud parents of three children, Molly, Lee, and Ginger.
