Mark Olsen, DPM
Mark Olsen, DPM is a board certified podiatrist and surgeon with 12 years of experience, and is licensed in both Arizona and California. He has been in practice since 2010 and has been the owner of Arcadia Foot & Ankle since 2015.
Dr. Olsen was born and raised in Orange County, CA and developed an interest in podiatric medicine at an early age. He began his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California and completed it at Arizona State University. He then attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, OH where he graduated with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2010. This was followed by a three-year surgical residency program at the Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center in Orange County, CA. Dr. Olsen was one of the first podiatrists in the country to receive accreditation in reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery upon residency completion.
Dr. Olsen is certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is an active member of the Arizona Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is affiliated with Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ and Honor Health Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ.
Dr. Olsen is better able to serve the community by speaking both English and Portuguese. He enjoys spending his free time in the Arizona sunshine with his wife Stacey and their three children—Molly, Lee, and Ginger.
Austin Morris, DPM
Dr. Morris is a licensed podiatrist and surgeon in Arizona.
Dr. Morris was born and raised in Gilbert, AZ and developed an interest in the medical field owing to a shadowing experience in High School. Dr. Morris obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Westminster College in Fulton, MO. Dr. Morris then attended Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA where he graduated with a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine in 2023. Dr. Morris’s residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery was completed at the Southern Arizona VA Hospital in Tucson, AZ which specializes in diabetic limb salvage, wound care, geriatric foot care, and various forefoot and rearfoot surgeries.
Outside the office, Dr. Morris enjoys scenic walks, appreciating historic architecture, building computers, and spending time with family.
Jeffrey Carnett, DPM
Dr. Carnett is from Hilo, Hawaii. Did his undergraduate degree at University of Hawaii and Des Moines University. He graduated with his Doctor of Podiatric Medicibe degree from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in 1987. He then completed a Surgical Residency in Des Moines before serving as an Assistant Professor until 1993 when he returned to Hawaii to practice. In 1995 he started a 20 year tenure establishing a high risk foot service in Hong Kong. He has been working in Arizona since 2024. He lives in Phoenix with his wife and two children. He is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
He often lectures on Diabetic Foot subjects for the International Working Group on the Diabetic Foot in China. He also has a Diploma in clinical Acupuncture from the University of Hong Kong. He has over 30 years’ experience intestine Western and Chinese Medicine in the management of foot pain. He is a member of The American Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
In his spare time he writes novels with one published and another in progress. In 2015 he graduated from the Master of Fine Arts program (Creative Writing) at The Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
